Maroof Alam is a people-first operations leader with over 20 years of experience across Australia’s food manufacturing and processing industry. With a Bachelor of Business and formal qualifications in HACCP, Lean Six Sigma, and Integrated Management Systems (ISO), he combines strategic acumen with real-world execution.
As the founder of Austomor Consulting Group, Maroof helps food and beverage businesses optimise their operations, sanitation systems, and compliance readiness. He specialises in leading cultural and operational transformations—particularly in ERP rollouts, process optimisation, and audit readiness.
